Amazing street art, Melbourne and New York City

I was in Melbourne earlier this year and spent some time on Brunswick St. Amongst the shops and cafes I wandered down some side streets and found some incredible street art. I love that the medium is the message. Often mistaken for graffitti, street art is a significant art form.

I like how they take the ordinary and make it beautiful. A vacant wall that is just like any other is transformed into a message, a story, an artform.

As a creative artists what a way to spend your life; turning the ordinary into the beautiful.

Brunswick St, Melbourne, VIC.

Check some of these from New York City. Hopefully next year i'll get to photograph some when if I eventually get there.
